RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Program is your gateway to practical hospitality training with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Hong Kong. In this Housekeeping position, participants gain firsthand exposure to refined service operations, sharpen professional abilities, and learn directly from industry experts in a premium setting.
Keep in mind, this is just one of many openings within the program. Candidates are also considered for additional placements with hosts located throughout the destinations, each presenting fresh opportunities to strengthen a long-term hospitality career. HOUSEKEEPING – RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet standards and schedules
- Greet guests warmly and deliver high levels of customer service while handling complaints and requests professionally
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards
- Perform other related duties in the housekeeping department
