RMC Asia is representing the Hansar Hotels & Resorts in Thailand to recruit aspiring students for their front office & guest services internship! This internship opportunity is a part of the Cultural Exchange Programs by RMC Asia (hospitality internships, management training, and contractual positions in Asia). FRONT OFFICE & GUEST SERVICES – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome
● Performing and administering check-ins and check-outs
● Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
● Processing guest payments
● Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
● Accommodating general and unique requests
● Understanding all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions
● Communicating with all departments to fulfill guest requests
● Handling complaints & diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests
● Other related duties in the front office department
