HOUSEKEEPING – RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet standards and schedules.
- Greet guests warmly and deliver high levels of customer service while handling complaints and requests professionally.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards.
- Perform other related duties in the housekeeping department.
